GTE Receives Blockchain Information Service Filing
GTE Digital Marketing’s Jiyi™ digital collectible solution has recently received blockchain information service filing from the Cyberspace Administration of China.
Launched in November 2021, Jiyi is a digital collectible solution for enterprise clients, providing issuance and distribution services for digital collectibles. The solution has passed compliance audits and procurement processes at multiple Fortune Global 100 companies and is applied in brand communications.
GTE’s commitment to security, compliance, and professionalism enables the company to serve some of the world’s most respected organizations, including Europe’s largest aircraft manufacturer, the world’s largest global bank, a leading global audio technology company, and Europe’s largest logistics company.
GTE Provides: Compliant Issuance and Distribution of Digital Collectibles
- Issuance: Images, audio, or video are digitized and uniquely recorded on blockchain to form digital assets. Each digital collectible corresponds to a unique serial number on a specific blockchain and is immutable, indivisible, and non-interchangeable.
- Distribution: Users can obtain digital collectibles through Jiyi, with the option to link a username, avatar, or verified personalized information to the collectible and record it on blockchain.
- Jiyi digital collectibles cannot be resold or transferred. The service is designed to meet users’ needs for collecting favored works and sharing among acquaintances. Resale, as a trading activity, can encourage undesirable speculation and is inconsistent with the positioning of Jiyi digital collectibles.
On August 10, 2022, GTE Managing Director Kevin Chen was interviewed by Shanghai Daily on the use of digital collectibles in corporate brand communications. GTE noted that digital collectibles are reshaping brand marketing, with companies actively exploring metaverse-based marketing and engaging consumers as well as government and enterprise users in the metaverse.
