Private Domain Growth: 20x in 45 Days
Low-alcohol sparkling wine brand ≥9 grew its mini-program user base 20-fold within 45 days of launch.
As a new brand, ≥9 needed to build an audience quickly, test marketing pathways, and establish sustainable private-domain operations. GTE designed and developed the brand’s group-buying, promotion, and distribution capabilities, alongside a full analytics system to support ongoing review and optimization of marketing activity and user behavior.
From Referral to Conversion
GTE built an end-to-end private-domain marketing capability for ≥9 across three stages: acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- New-customer acquisition: New users receive a welcome offer on entering the mini-program, driving follows and first purchases.
- Referral tracking: Orders are tagged with purchaser and inviter attributes to support referral analysis.
- Multi-format promotions: A range of coupon types, including discount, gift-with-purchase, and forwardable redemption coupons, expanded acquisition pathways.
- Social group buying: A tiered discount model rewards larger groups, using social dynamics to drive rapid referral growth.
- Online-offline integration: Mini-program lotteries converted offline followers into trackable online users.
- Brand partnerships: A brand-ambassador mechanism enabled co-marketing with similarly positioned brands for precision acquisition.
- Distribution referral: Tiered commission structures leveraged communities and key opinion leaders to overcome traffic bottlenecks.
Data-Driven Optimization
GTE also built a real-time analytics system enabling the brand to review performance across multiple dimensions:
- User profiling: Segmenting users by identity, channel, referral count, and payment behavior to support personalized marketing.
- Product performance: Analyzing sales volume and revenue share by SKU to identify best-sellers.
- Campaign effectiveness: Tracking coupon type, redemption, and usage data to evaluate each marketing action.
- Retention analysis: Calculating repurchase rates through purchase retention to assess user loyalty.
