FMCG: A Real-Time Data Dashboard in 4 Weeks

GTE built a real-time data dashboard for a billion-yuan FMCG company in four weeks, integrating ERP, CRM, distribution inventory, and e-commerce order data to give management a clear, unified view of business performance and support profit-and-loss control and marketing decisions.

Headquartered in Wuhan, the company sells more than 100 products across four categories, with over ten factories and six distribution centers nationwide. Offline distribution accounts for more than half of sales. Data was scattered across Kingdee ERP, Xiaoke CRM, Kingdee Guanyiyun e-commerce orders, and an in-progress warehouse management system, covering the daily management of hundreds of thousands of stores, distributors, and key accounts.

The Challenge

• Data was not visible: Information sat in separate systems and required manual consolidation.
